2015 Sponsor Benefits/Forms

Thank you for your support of the 2015 NAPABA Convention!

Please carefully review the important information below in order to take advantage of your sponsorship benefits.

Before you complete the sponsorship benefits form, please be sure to contact Priya Purandare in order to receive an invoice and detailed information about next steps.

Step 1: Review and Complete Sponsor Forms

1. Convention Advertisement Specs

Choice between:

  • Printed Ad - NAPABA is no longer accepted printed ads for the program book.
  • Green Ad  - a color ad prominently displayed on one or more video monitor(s) in high-traffic locations at the convention hotel. The deadline to submit a green ad is Friday, Oct. 30.

3. Exhibit Shipping Instructions

  • You may ship with any carrier you wish inbound. All outbound shipments onsite will need to go through FedEx. 
  • Materials should be scheduled to arrive between November 2 and 5.
  • Please be certain to address your boxes as specified in the instructions.
  • Sponsors are responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping materials to/from the hotel.

Step 3: Registration

Registration is now open. Click here to register. Please use the code on your invoice to waive registration fees.

Included with all sponsorship is a specified number of full registrations; see the chart below for the relevant number pertaining to your sponsorship level. Full registration includes admission to all panels, plenary sessions, scheduled meals, and the Installation Banquet. Full registration does not include entry into ticketed events or tours which require an additional fee.

Exhibit Space

Included with all sponsorship levels is the opportunity to exhibit. The exhibit booth includes the following items:

  • (1) 6' skirted table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) wastebasket
  • (1) power strip (please indicate on sponsor benefits form)

Exhibits will be located in the Chemin Royale and Grand Salon foyers of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Should you require additional services for your booth, please fill out the AV/Internet form.

Please note that because the exhibit space is open to the public, we highly recommend you do not leave anything of value (such as computers, monitors, costly giveaways, etc,) in your booth unattended or overnight.

*Note: All exhibits must be removed by 4:00 pm or sponsor may be subject to fees assessed by the hotel to remove/pack materials. Hotel or NAPABA is not responsible for lost materials.
