2018 Sponsor Benefits/Forms

 

Please carefully review the important information below in order to take advantage of your sponsorship benefits.

Before you complete the sponsorship benefits form, please be sure to contact Priya Purandare in order to receive an invoice and detailed information about next steps.


Key Deadlines

  • June 15 | Registration and housing opens

  • Oct. 19 | Deadline to complete sponsor benefits form

  • Oct. 19 | Deadline to confirm use of exhibit space

  • Oct. 26 | Digital advertisement due

  • Nov. 5 - Nov. 8 | Inbound shipping to Sheraton Grand Chicago

  • Nov. 8-11 | NAPABA Convention (see exhibit hours and set-up/tear-down hours below)


Forms/Instructions

1. Complete sponsor benefits form by Friday, Oct. 19, 2018.

2. Digital Advertisement (Bronze and higher sponsors only)

  • Digital Ad Template | a color ad prominently displayed on one or more video monitor(s) in high-traffic locations at the convention hotel. The deadline to submit a digital ad is Friday, Oct. 26, 2018.

3. Electrical Order Form

  • 15 amp service is $258 and the cost for a power strip is $47.75. If you require power, $305.75 is the anticipated cost including labor for one power strip.

6. Exhibitor Shipping Instructions

  • Sponsors are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping handling and storage fees. NAPABA will not sign or accept any packages on your behalf
  • You may ship with any carrier you wish inbound. All outbound shipments onsite will need to go through FedEx.
  • Materials should be scheduled to arrive between Nov. 5 and Nov. 8.
  • Please be certain to address your boxes as specified in the instructions.

Exhibit Space

Included with all sponsorship levels is the opportunity to exhibit. The exhibit booth includes the following items:

  • (1) 6' skirted table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) wastebasket

Should you require additional services for your booth, please fill out the AV/Internet form.

Please note that because the exhibit space is open to the public, we highly recommend you do not leave anything of value (such as computers, monitors, costly giveaways, etc,) in your booth unattended or overnight.

*Note: All exhibits must be removed by 4:00 pm or sponsor may be subject to fees assessed by the hotel to remove/pack materials. Hotel or NAPABA is not responsible for lost materials.


Registration | Opening June 15

Included with all sponsorship is a specified number of full registrations; see the chart below for the relevant number pertaining to your sponsorship level. Full registration includes admission to all panels, plenary sessions, scheduled meals, and the Gala. Full registration does not include entry into ticketed events or tours which require an additional fee.
